Our commitment
Families usually find us during one of the hardest seasons of their lives. We know that trusting us with your information is part of trusting us with someone you love. This policy explains, in plain language, what information our website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This website policy covers only the information collected through the website itself.
Information we collect
Information you choose to give us. When you fill out a form or contact us online, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Contact requests: your name, phone, email, and your question.
- Referrals: information about the person being referred, such as name, date of birth, location, diagnosis, insurance, and the referring person’s contact details.
- Job applications: your resume and the information you provide.
- Newsletter or bereavement mailing sign-ups: your name and email or mailing address.
Information about someone else
Family members, caregivers, physicians, and facilities often contact us on behalf of a patient. If you submit information about another person, please share only what is needed for us to respond, and only if you are authorized to do so (for example, as their caregiver, healthcare agent, or treating provider).
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To evaluate referrals and schedule hospice eligibility visits.
- To consider job applicants.
- To send newsletters, event notices, or bereavement support mailings, but only if you sign up.
Memorials, testimonials, and photos
We post obituaries, memorial tributes, family testimonials, and photographs only with written permission from the person or family involved. If you would like something removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.
Please don’t send medical details by email or text
Regular email, text messages, and social-media messages are not secure. Please don’t use them to send detailed medical information.
How we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information online from children.
Your choices
- Ask us what website information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
We will not treat you differently for exercising these choices.
